Woo Berry Frozen Yogurt has become one of the most popular frozen yogurt
shops in Worcester, MA. It was this past summer of 2012 that I decided to try
this popular lounge after hearing numerous recommendations about it. The
setting of the restaurant is unlike many others. The decorative white, bright
pink, and lime green colors as well as the furniture within the shop create a
friendly, exciting, and modern atmosphere. The exceptional service of the
workers makes the experience very welcoming for each customer. The goal of this
locally owned restaurant being “to provide a healthy sweet dessert to their
customers in a fun and friendly atmosphere “is undoubtedly met.
Not only do the atmosphere and friendly service make the restaurant an
outstanding place to visit, the taste, variety, and healthiness is what makes
every customer want to come back for more. Woo Berry’s frozen yogurt is
all-natural, kosher, and gluten free. Finding a delicious treat that is
also healthy can be one of the hardest missions, but in Woo Berry healthy and
delicious is a promise. To add to the spectacular taste of the frozen yogurt,
this restaurant provides over 35 different toppings that range from fresh
fruits to sweet chocolate. The three main characteristics that we search for in
foods every day is provided in one single treat at this small, local frozen
yogurt shop.
Aside from the taste and atmosphere,
Woo Berry provides four sizes: petite, small, medium, and large. Prices start
at about three dollars and increase depending on size and quantity of toppings.
The qualities of the experience as well as the treat itself are well worth the
cost. Located on 141 Highland Street, Worcester, MA, Woo Berry is easy to find
in the center of the city. The hours of operation Monday through Thursday are
11am-10pm, Friday and Saturday are 11am-11pm, and Sunday it is noon-9pm.
Woo Berry Frozen Yogurt is an
exceptional restaurant perfect for a mid-day treat or after dinner dessert. The
experience you will have at Woo Berry is incomparable to any other. If the
service, quality, and atmosphere aren’t enough then the healthiness should be
more than a good enough reason to try Woo Berry Frozen Yogurt.
Not only do I recommend this frozen yogurt shop but so do several others on : http://www.yelp.com/biz/wooberry-frozen-yogurt-worcester-2

After reading your blog I can tell that this was a fun assignment for you and that you value eating well and staying healthy. As an athlete I can relate to having a strict diet and how hard it is to stick to that diet when it’s time for dessert and there is nothing but sugar cookies and chocolate cake on the table. You said in your blog that it is an easy place to find because it’s in the center of the city, but from experience I know that parking in the city is a task in its’ self is the parking around Woo Berry’s good or not? Also Woo Berry’s Frozen Yogurt is an interesting name, did you find any information on how they came up with it? Does Woo Berry’s sell any other items other than frozen yogurt if so what? The colors of the store make it seem very inviting and I think I will try Woo Berry’s the next time I’m in Worcester.

ReplyDeleteI also love Woo Berry! My friends and I go there all the time for their Frozen Yogurt. It is delicious, it just sucks that it is about a half hour away from our school. I wish it was closer. I usually hate all frozen yogurt places other than Pinkberry because the rest of the Frozen Yogurt places like Zinga and all the rest near where I'm from (Revere/Boston) always tastes watery to me and I think that it is gross how they are self serve because people touch things with their hands. I also agree that it is so cute inside Woo Berry. It is a fun environment to hangout while you eat your Frozen Yogurt. We love how there are so many different choices between flavors, fruits, and candies! It is just an all around great place to be. Hopefully my friends and I can make a trip to Woo Berry soon because I am craving it!
